The Warehouse on North Terms and Conditions
If guests wish to reschedule the original wedding date, they must notify the venue in writing and receive written approval. They are also required to sign a new Save the Date and place a new deposit, as the original does not transfer. No refunds are given for rescheduling to a lower-value date, while rescheduling to a higher-value date requires guests to pay the difference. Cancellations entail a non-refundable $1,000 Save the Date deposit. Additionally, 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled six months prior, 25% if cancelled three months prior, and none if cancelled within 90 days of the event. For COVID-19 related cancellations, clients must consult the venue to determine next steps.
